San Jose to Arenal Day Tour: Arenal Volcano View, Lunch, Hot Springs & Dinner

See the stunning Arenal Volcano and the town of La Fortuna for the day.

We'll pick you up in San Jose and drive through the mountains and cloud forests until we reach the town of La Fortuna that sits at the base of the Arenal Volcano. Soak in the great views of the majestic Arenal Volcano, have lunch in town and then explore the quaint town of La Fortuna. There is a lot to do here: relax in the central park and explore the cute souvenir shops, ice cream stores, chocolate shop, and cafes.

Then, we will drive you up closer to the volcano to relax and enjoy the local hot springs. The hot spring resorts in the area are made up of a series of different- temperature pools with bars and restaurants and are usually surrounded by nature and are very well maintained.

After your soak, change your clothes and then enjoy a delicious dinner.

When you are ready, we'll drive you back to your hotel in San Jose so you can enjoy the rest of your Costa Rica vacation.
